Good Denver French Fries: Jonesy’s EatBar
I wouldn’t have thought I would put a blog post up solely on Good French fries. Then I went to Jonesy’s EatBar.
Jonesy’s EatBar, in the Uptown neighborhood, has insanely delicious fries. They come in four “World Famous” varieties:
- Thai Ginger: Ginger, lemongrass, scallions, sweet Thai chili sauce
- Bacon Mac & Cheese: Cheesy mac and cheese sauce, bacon
- Truffle: Truffle aioli, Parmesan cheese
- Buffalo: Traditional wing sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, and dressing
We went and got a split order of the bacon mac & cheese fries and the truffle fries. They were so, so Good. At $10 for a split plate (individual orders costs $7-8), they aren’t cheap, but they are worth it. And if you’re worried about the cost, bring a $10 off coupon that came with your Eat Denver Dining Deck (you already bought that, right?!).
