Lots of people ask me how the Denver residential real estate market is doing these days. The answer is very well. The Denver residential market is currently one of the hottest markets in the nation. With interest rates at all-time lows and home affordability at all-time highs, it is a very Good time to be a buyer. With roughly 40% less Denver homes for sale this year compared to last year and inventory flying off the shelves, paradoxically, it is also a very Good time to be a seller.
